For you to succeed, you must break out of the crowd!, choose to be different!!
You must not be satisfied with this same elementary level, people may laugh at you at first or even some might call you stupid but believe me you have just choose the right part. Think about the future and how you can make it better for yourself and everyone. Visionary leaders consistently think about the future. They see a problem, develop a solution, and then go out and connect with people and make things happen.
When you choose to go differently, all you need is to connect with people of your interest and people who want to go same way with you or believe in your adventure and encourage you. Great and successful people have an idea and they pursue it, they don't listen to pessimist, they just keep with themselves people who believe and encourage them in their various actions. Simply lead as well as you can, whenever you can and wherever you can. Show great passion in your pursue of anything and this will make people believe in you. Here are few tips to help you leave the crowd.
Here are few tips to help you leave the crowd;
1. Start thinking: Begin a smart and creative thinking, think differently. There are problems everywhere, find them and provide solutions. They are easy to find, and you will only find them if you change your thinking.
2. Read a little more: Create time to read and school yourself more, don't wait for someone to come teach you. The more understanding you have the more you can easily understand situations and be able to provide solutions. Read a little more to acquire more understanding of what you are. Learn something new every day! Visit a museum, Google a random topic, watch an educational television program, or even really listen to the lyrics of an informative song.
3. Depend less: The less dependent you are, the more influential you get.
4. Build a network: Build an awesome network of people around you. These people should be diverse and challenge the everyday status quo. Most especially the friends you keep. If they are not challenging you, detach yourself from them.

6. Enjoy Every moment: It’s the small and simple things in life that we should enjoy the most. Make every moment memorable.
7. Forget the past: Leave the past behind you. Get over it! The past has already occurred, and the present is in our grasp, and the future is really all that matters. No guilt trips.
8. Being negative is not bad: You don't have to accept everything or every idea. Choose the best for yourself and Saying “No” isn’t a bad thing. No, simply means that you don’t agree on some level. There is nothing wrong with boundaries. Just be humble in expressing your view on the matter.
