I hear everyday, "i have been doing this job for 5years and i have never been promoted once". So i begin to think about this reoccuring statements. In my research i find out most of these people who go around with these complaints are people who lack the right vision and attitude to work. They totally have the overall wrong approach to the job, only care about salaries and incentives and with less or no contribution to organization goal and growth. These people only care about their selfish interest and they can even form a joint force with other external agents to dupe and liquidate an organization. If you are in this category and you are reading this, i beg you, a need to change your orientation and understanding about the right attitude and approach to work and be a successful employee.
